We’re based in Canada and proudly ship worldwide! Below you'll find all the details about our processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and more.
📦 Shipping Rates
Canada
* $14.90 CAD flat rate for packages up to 2kg
* $21.90 CAD flat rate for packages over 2kg
* Free shipping on orders over $35 CAD
United States
* $7 USD flat rate for packages up to 2kg
* $20 USD flat rate for packages over 2kg
* Free shipping on orders over $35 USD
* No tariffs or import fees for U.S. customers (see below)
International (Outside Canada & US)
* Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight via Canada Post.
* These shipping rates are based on our most current rates as of July 2025. These rates are subject to change. The rates on our checkout will reflect the most current and accurate rates. Please email us at myragraceco@gmail.com if you believe that the amount at checkout is incorrect.
🇺🇸 Tariff-Free Shipping to the U.S.
To ensure our U.S. customers don’t pay any unexpected tariffs or import fees, we’ve partnered with Chit Chats as our shipping provider.
Here’s how it works:
* Your order is prepared in Canada, then handed off to Chit Chats.
* Chit Chats brings it across the border and injects it into the USPS system for final delivery.
* Because packages are shipped domestically within the U.S. via USPS, there are no duties or tariffs for you to pay.
It’s our way of keeping shipping simple, transparent, and affordable for our American customers.
🕐 Processing Times
Every item is made with care, and we do our best to get your order out quickly:
* Non-Customized Items: 2–3 business days
* Customized Items: 3–4 business days
* Bulk Orders (10+ items): 5–7 business days
Please note: Processing times remain the same for all orders, including expedited shipments, as each item is handmade.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
* Canada & USA: 3–5 business days after processing
* International: Delivery times vary by location and carrier
⚡ Expedited / Rush Shipping
We offer expedited shipping on request. However:
* Expedited delivery is not guaranteed, especially in rural or remote areas.
* Please contact us before placing your order to check availability in your region.
* Our standard processing times still apply, as each item is handmade with care.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather-related issues.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please reach out:
* Canada & USA: Contact us after 15 business days
* International: Contact us after 30 business days
We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
🏷️ Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Please ensure that your full name is entered correctly at checkout. All packages are shipped through USPS or Canada Post. If a package requires being picked up at a post office the package will only be released if the pickup person's photo ID matches the name on the address label.
🌍 Duties & Customs (International Orders)
For orders outside of Canada and the U.S., your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by your country’s customs agency.
🎄 Holiday Shipping Deadlines – Order by These Dates for Christmas Delivery
To ensure delivery before December 25, please place your order by:
* USA: December 1
* Canada: November 28
* Europe & UK: November 11
* Rest of the World: November 5
Orders placed after these dates may arrive after the holidays.
